Introductory Race Program for ages 8-14.
The Optimist is a 7'9" long, single-handed sailing pram, with a sprit rig. The Optimist is the biggest youth racing class in the world.
14 Optis available or bring your own boat.
Program meets most Sunday afternoons, Sept 12-Nov 14, from 1 to 4pm.
Schedule:
September: 12,19,26
October: 3,10,17,24,31
November: 7,14
Program meets rain or shine.
PFD and safety helmet required. New sailors will receive a safety helmet.

Member Rates:
Fall 2021 only: $400 due before the first day of programming
Non-Member Rates:
Fall 2021 only: $450 due before the first day of programming
